The participation of professors and doctors from the College of Medicine at the University of Duhok in the 13th Conference of the Iraqi Urology  association that was held in Basra was significant. This conference witnessed the attendance of approximately 200 doctors from all over Iraq, as well as participants from Arab and European countries.

Assistant Professor Nashwan Mohammed Rasheed, as a distinguished researcher, presented an important study on the trend of increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics.

Additionally, Professor Shaker Salim Balandi and assistant Professor Abdul Ghafour Suleiman from the University of Duhok also participated, playing a key role in managing the session. This participation highlights the University of Duhok's academic contributions and its researchers' distinguished role in scientific collaboration.
